Training Week 6/11 - 6/17

Monday 6/11 - morning - swim 30 minutes (1500 yards) followed by 3 mile run (24:40). Noon - 40 minute weight circuit (abs, chest and back.)

Tuesday 6/12 - noon - 40 minute weight circuit (abs, shoulders and arms.)

Wednesday 6/13 - morning - swim 1050 yards (20 minutes), bike 11 miles (28 minutes), run 3.1 miles (25:05).

Thursday 6/14 - Travel to Manhattan Beach, CA - no training

Friday 6/15 - 6:00 am spinning class - intense hour.

Sat 6/16 - 8:00 am spinning class; afternoon weight circuit and one hour of tennis.

Sun 6/17 - Travel home - no training.
