It's funny how someone can make your day (make your week even!) with an unexpected compliment. I was at my son's swim meet last week when another mom (women can do this by the way) came up to me and told me I had "GREAT legs." She asked me what I did for workouts so that she could also join the great leg club. So I put my best foot forward...and told her that my entire family trains for triathlon. I told her how fun it is to mix up my workouts with swims, bikes and runs--keeps life interesting! And I finally told her my secret--that my bike workouts (especially more hills) are probably making the difference--between good legs and GREAT legs ;) ! Now I'm more motivated than ever to stay on my "GREAT legs" training plan!
